Boston, Mass – May 7, 2024 – (EFE), America’s top independent wealth planning and investment advisory firm, announced today that it is recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group. This survey of over 142,000 women included representation at over 848,000 companies in America. The award was evaluated on various categories including compensation and benefits, work-life balance, and proactive management of a diverse workforce.

The study involved an assessment of publicly accessible data, discussions/interviews with HR professionals, and large-scale confidential online surveys conducted among women working for U.S. companies that employ more than 500 employees in 2023 and that employ more than 1,000 employees in 2022. It consisted of five parts: a pre-study survey, the main survey, desk research, media monitoring, and data validation/final ranking.
